Flow measurements: Brief introduction. Dimensional analysis. Model law. Basics of pipe flow. Hagen-Poiseuille equation. Darcy-Weisbach equation. Moody’s diagram. Uniform flow in open channels.

Course outcomes:

3.Solve engineering problems related to hydraulics and fluid mechanics
4.Obtain the basic understanding of the fluid mechanics
